Organized meeting in Prishtina

On 09/20/2016 in Pristina was held a working meeting as part of the regional project "Capacity building and strengthening the role of regional civil society organizations in improving working conditions dhedialogut state institutions." The purpose was: identification of needs, problems of civil society organizations and media involvement, building partnerships between them in decision-making, encourage dialogue to enhance cooperation between regional organizations and institutions and improving working conditions, establishment of cooperation and establishment of regional partnership between BALcanOSH.Net network of civil society organizations (NGOs) in the IPA region, to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, skills and connections, and growth and expansion of their influence in the campaign and representation in operational strategic plans and policies at national and regional levels, and raising public awareness.

Meeting was attended by representatives of the  socialpartners - as representatives of employees - Chairman of Union of independent Trade Unions of Kosovo, together with the Vice-Presidents, representatives of trade unions  in this Confederation, the inspectorate Labour leaded by the Chief Inspector, representatives of the Employer - economic Chamber of Kosovo, representatives of academia, experts, etc. 

Participants were introduced to the objectives and activities are expected to be developed within the project. During the meeting, the participants welcomed the aims of the project and claimed that they will actively participate in the realization of the objectives of this project. At the same time the participants were asked such initiatives and meetings should be more frequent, to enhance mutual cooperation which will help in increasing the awareness.
